Bono is confirmed to attend the 17th annual Power of Love gala in Las Vegas in April. Never heard of it? From the website: "It's an annual celebration of life that was created to raise money for Cleveland Clinic Lou Ruvo Center for Brain Health's programs and services." It looks like celebrity guests have often "entertained" at past events, so there's a chance yer man will be grabbing a microphone at some point. That's especially true since the gala will double as a birthday party for longtime FOB (friend of Bono) Quincy Jones and actor Michael Caine.
The event is open to the public, but it ain't cheap. The least expensive individual seat is currently running a cool $$3,000. If you have 10-12 friends (and a lot of lucre), you might want to go for the Platinum Table for $$100,000. It all happens on April 13 at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas.
