Bono sang for and honored Archbishop Desmond Tutu in Cape Town on Thursday at an event for the launch of Tutu's new book. According to local reports, Bono gave a short speech, calling Tutu "the only rock star in the room," and also sang "I Still Haven't Found What I'm Looking For" with backing by local musicians and singers.

Tutu's new book, Tutu: The Authorized Portrait, is now available. The archbishop -- who also appeared via video during concerts on U2's 360 tour -- turns 80 on Friday (October 7).
